Patient Guidelines
Upon confirmation of admission for treatment and/or surgery, please verify the estimated cost of hospitalisation with your attending doctor.
Cash and major credit cards are accepted for payment.
Admission Process
For Self-Paying Patients
Please prepare:
NRIC or Passport
Guarantee Letter (if any)
Previous medical records (if any)
For Panel/Corporate Patients (GL Application)
Please bring the following:
NRIC or Passport
Admission Request Form (if any)
Previous medical records (if any)
Important:
Please present your Guarantee Letter (GL) upon registration/admission.
In the absence of GL approval, a deposit will be required.
GL verification takes a minimum of 2 hours. If the patient wishes to proceed with admission while waiting for approval, a deposit of RM1,000 must be paid.
For Insurance Patients
Please bring:
NRIC or Passport
Insurance Card
Previous medical records (if any)
Important:
Present your insurance card upon admission.
A deposit will be collected if insurance approval is pending. Appeals should be directed to your insurance company.

Caregiver and Visitor Guidelines
To ensure a peaceful and safe healing environment:
Only one caregiver is allowed to stay with the patient (for selected room types)
Visiting hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily
All visitors must observe hospital etiquette and respect patient privacy
