International Patient Services

Al-Islam Specialist Hospital welcomes patients from around the world with comprehensive services and Ibadah-Friendly care, ensuring that your healthcare journey is smooth, comfortable, and aligned with Islamic values.
Admission & Outpatient Deposit
  • International patients and Permanent Residents (PR) are required to pay a deposit for outpatient treatment.
  • For inpatient admissions, the deposit will be based on the estimated cost of treatment.

  • Cash
  • Debit/Credit Card
  • Online Transfer
  • QR Pay
  • Passport (with valid visa)
  • Admission Request Form (if applicable)
  • Medical documents (reports, scans, prescriptions)
  • Insurance details or Guarantee Letter (if applicable)

We provide visa assistance for existing patients who require follow-up treatment.

For your convenience, we offer airport transfer and transportation services:

  • Van: RM100.00 (one-way)
  • Porter: RM25.00 (one-way)
  • Ambulance (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM): RM360.00 (one-way)
  • Ambulance (after 5:00 PM): RM400.00 (one-way)
