Ultrasound

An ultrasound uses sound waves to create a picture of organs, tissues and other structures inside the body. These include the heart, blood vessels, liver, bladder, kidneys and female reproductive organs. Unlike X-Rays, ultrasound do not use radiation. This procedure requires little to no special preparation.

X-ray

An X-Ray is a quick, painless test that produces images of tissues and structures inside the body – particularly bones. These images are used to detect abnormalities in bones, lungs and other internal organs. Routine X-Rays do not require an appointment, and walk-ins are welcome with a physician’s order.

CT Scan

Computed tomography (CT) scan is used to detect diseases and injuries by creating more detailed information than plain X-Rays do. It uses series of X-Ray to take pictures of the body from different angles and builds up a series of cross sections through computer processing. Most scans take just a few minutes.
